The company was formed in 2019 by the merging of the offices of P. KIKIDIS, D. BOZIS, ALTERTEAM (A. Christoforidis – S. Xanthopoulos – D. Goutzamanis) and G. CHATZISAVVAS. All four offices have been active exclusively in the field of Mechanical – Electrical and Plumbing Engineering Design for at least 25 years.

The company is based in Thessaloniki. It is registered in the General Registry of Thessaloniki Chamber of Tradesmen and in the Designers Register of the Hellenic Ministry of Infrasturucture and Transport, with E (the highest) degree for MEP Design Studies (cat. 9) and D degree for Energy Studies (cat. 14).
